17)  Meeting with State DEP - November 21, 2000
            Discussed progress of the lease- now being written within the DEP, later will reviewed by the State Attorney General's office.  Lease document could be ready for town and BHS review by December 31. State agrees to a special use permit to allow BHS to address critical repair work before the lease is finalized.  Discussed amount of land to be included with the building in the lease.  As owner of the building, DEP will support BHS efforts to put the building on the National Register for Historic Places.
