47)  Planning and Zoning approve lease - April 26, 2001
              The Barkhamsted Planning and Zoning Board approve the Squires Tavern lease document from the State of Connecticut.  The building and land will be leased to the Town of Barkhamsted, with the Historical Society acting as the town's agent to restore and operate the building.  Approval by Planning and Zoning is a necessary step before the lease is considered for final approval at the annual town meeting on May 7, 2001.
